Our years of experience working within the Cultural Resource Management Industry have prepared our team for a variety of research endeavors. We offer high quality project submissions for a competitive cost, focusing our financials on training and investing in our people first and foremost. No business functions properly for very long without the cooperation of a skilled and purposeful staff and we are grateful for our team.

We provide quality research to our clients at a fair value cost. Each bid is accompanied by a transparent line-item budget, reflecting the cost of responsibly engaging in the service while compensating employees and contractors with a living wage. If a prospective customer feels that our bid is not competitive or that something is amiss, they are encouraged to contact us to discuss the process and mandated standards related to our industry. Our goal is to make the Section 106 process as smooth and rapid as possible, meaning that our bids are structured to front-end research efforts. We find that our approach prevents unnecessary delays which may arise from those who offer a bare minimum attempt which fails to satisfy the good faith effort mandated by law.

Section 106 involves the proactive consideration of properties previous to a "federal undertaking." Federal undertakings are those projects permitted or funded in whole or part by the Federal Government and those administered by a State or local regulation pursuant to a delegation or approval by a Federal agency.
